Access reimagined: empowering users with control and transparency
As a UX designer at One Data — a B2B platform for building AI-supported data products — I worked on redesigning Access Management and shaping a new Data Product Layer framework. I led user research, prototyping, and usability testing to create a more transparent and secure experience. Close collaboration with stakeholders and data scientists ensured our design decisions aligned with both the product strategy and real user needs.

Designing for resilience: A UX overhaul of critical grid operations
The product is a real-time, scalable technology platform with over 1,300 control centres worldwide, offering powerful applications for grid operations and an engineering tool for data modelling, maintenance, and exchange. My role was to improve usability across these applications, prioritise critical issues and provide solutions by embedding a user-centred design process, creating UI concepts, reviewing development states, conducting usability inspections, and establishing a UX community of practice — ultimately boosting both usability and UX awareness across the teams.
